Well not much meat on that dime but can scratches keep a coin from being a P01 and make it a details coin?

It'll be a tossup regarding the scratches--companies are more lenient of them when the coin is otherwise in basal state, but it could very well get details, or even potentially get rejected outright as unidentifiable (if they deem the "7" too weak to verify).

1910S_1C, are you sure that is a "1887 Seated dime"?

Very nice Half Cent CollegeBarbers. I've been wanting to start a 7070 but I have so many other sets I'm messing with. Plus I can't decide if I want to do it as a album or as a slabbed graded set. I know some can get pricey.

Not technically my most recent, but I recently got this 1887 Seated dime from a coin shop for $3.59. Should be interesting to see if I can make Po01.
Nice lowball candidate!
