Beautiful! Some RD remains on the reverse...neat.
I am calling it AU58 for what looks like the slightest hint of friction on the Obv.

AU55 - wear on the hair in front of the ear and the curls above the date.

This one looks like a PCGS AU53. I have one like it to compare.

I'd give it a 53 also. It's a pretty weak strike, probably as a result of the planchet being cocked in the collar when struck. That accounts for the incomplete detail in the curls above the date, and overall weakness of the reverse.

All of the other details suggest a 53-55 to my eye.

I had thought that this was possibly MS, but I wouldn't go any higher than 62 with the weak strike and scratch on the obverse.
