This COA is for a Commemorative Silver Coin from Japan.

It's silver...but I can't tell it's purity. Can you?

My wife is Japanese and say's it just says "pure silver" with no percentage show. 200mg and 68mm.

only it is not 200mg but 200 grams, which is more logical for a medal 68 mm is size
