Dominican-Republic-25c-1989---What-Krause-#-Is-That?

There are 2 Krause numbers, KM#71.1 and KM#71.2 in the book for this date. What's the difference? Please help. Thanks.

My Krause (38th edition) lists 1989 and 1991 as KM#71.1, while 1990 is KM#71.2

71.1 has a beaded circle around the rim on the obverse only. 71.2 has a beaded circle on both obverse and reverse. The picture of 71.2 (in my 2006 edition) is wrong. WorldCoinGallery has the correct pic.

Your coin has no beaded border on the reverse, so it must me 71.1.
