Hello
I'm hoping someone could help me determine if this is an actual misprint. I thought it was a ghost face at first. There is what looks like a leave in front of the lady's face which I originally thought was a carved in indent but it is actually raised and the same height as the stars which surround the coin. Her mouth seems pretty odd looking as well for I've seen some other coins like this today in a more circulated state and the woman's feature are more 'intact'. Could this coin be worth any more than its face value? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Looks to definitely be post mint damage ... and the spot looks like a dissimilar metal....like a drop of solder.
