That appears to be a retained die break or as you put it a pre-cud.

I'd simply call it an arcing, rim-to-rim die crack. "Pre-cud die crack" is also okay, although it assumes it would eventually turn into a Cud, which is not at all certain. It's not a Retained Cud (retained die break) as it lacks any clear sign of vertical displacement or horizontal offset.
