It's a Belgium 1 centime KM# 33.1. The 1902 could be the overdate. I think I see 9/8 in the date.

Hi DVCollector

I really don't know what you mean by over date..I am not the smartest when it comes to foreign coins.
I know my scan isn't the greatest, but when I look through a magnifier, it definitely says 1902.
Thank you for telling me it is a Belgium coin.

Admittedly, the date is a little hard to make out, but I thought I saw an 8 underneath a 9.
Perhaps it's not there--it was just a hunch, since I have a 1 centime overdate from this year.
Rest in Peace

Hmmm...I still think I might see something like a 9/8.
Well, this is what the 1901 looks like with a 9/8.

DVCollector...Great scan...Guss I will have to dig out my microscope to see better detail, because this is a very tiny coin to start with.

Did you scan your picture...?

Here is an off colour scan to see the date better....You may be right...So does that mean it was an 1802 and re-stamped to 1902...?

I think I see the bottom loop of the 8 protruding from underneath the 9? In the case of the 1902/1802...they made a mistake on the dies, and later fixed it. Real overdates are when they put a new date on a die from a previous year.

I also looked at my coin under a microscope to be sure, but I took the photo with my camera...it does great macros.

Rest in Peace

I would say DVCollector your camera is great....Will try mine to see if I can get the same detail.
Guess I will have to dig out my microscope for sure.
So, my coin, you think has a double stamp, is that correct...?
