I'm looking to buy a nice Hadrian Bronze As 26mm (10.44 grams) Rome mint: 134-138 A.D. Asking price is $350 1) to me, it looks genuine, what do you think? 2) what do you think about the price, I have been out it for a while.. thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

It's a very nice looking coin with an excellent portrait and obverse strike, but weak reverse strike. In looking to attribute this coin, RIC 812 I believe, I have not been able to establish an approximate value just yet, but $350 sounds a tad high to me (but if you stick around on this discussion board you will find I have a reputation for being somewhat frugal). Again, I would say the image of your Hadrian is very nice. So, is it worth it? I do believe that is your call.
