Nice looking CC. V-3 looks right. I suppose the die wear caused the doubling effect on the zero to minimize. nlp

V3, and a late die state. I can still easily see the characteristic doubling at the 9. The reverse die crack is pretty unique and definitive; the third plate coin at VAMworld is quite similar.
