When one joins PCGS, they give 4-8 coupons. Does anyone know if they are the PCGS Secure Plus coupons or meant to be used just for PCGS Standard?

And it doesn't mean the certifications are free. Not with NGC either. You pay for shipping, handling, insurance, it's crazy!
