Nice copper! I would have to say AU53.

I will guess they gave it a EF-40.

I will say XF nice looking coin you have there, I've been working and never get to go online anymore to grade but its fun.

Either older coppers are harder to grade or my image isn't that great (I know I'm working on my technique, primarily lighting), but this one has quite a varying range in grade XF40 - AU53. I will post the ANACS slab when I get back to the house later today.
Thanks for your input!

I want to say XF-45 also, doesn't look like enough detail is left to make AU but if it was in an old white slab I could see it having an AU-50 label

I agree with EF-45. There looks to be significant wear on the leaves and on some of the hair curls. The stars are pretty flat but that is probably strike weakness. There are no visible hairlines and the color looks fine so I expect ANACS didn't find any problems. Nice type coin!
