Grade ? but also does it appear to be an old cleaning or dipping? Been in an old 2x2 env which I think caused PMD at the 2. Got this roll searching in the early 60's.

Nice looking coin - might go AU but more likely an EF-40+ with the damage or discloring, looks like a burn mark.

Might be a coin worth talking to NCS about restoring.
