Hi all,
Looking over some coin's, This 51-d which I'm thinking is a 1mm-016 could be missed easily! I found the marker's are stronger than the mintmark itself> What ya think?

I don't see any RPM and it's not 1MM-016. http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=lds

I think I see what may be a trace of a second "D" south of the main one but it looks rotated CCW 45 degrees.
The 1MM-016 is upright.

I don't think this is 016. The center bar should be stronger. The location looks close. But when the dust/debris is larger than the doubling that is a red flag to me. You mentioned markers. Which ones?
