What would you grade this coin?

1858-O-Liberty-Seated-Half

The line by the eagles wing is just a reflection from the 2x2, so is the darkness at the top of the reverse.

The pictures are a bit small but it looks like the coin should be at least EF. The coin in the link would be around VF-35 maybe might just make EF-40.
