I was looking for a computer cord the other day and while going through noticed some foreign coins from my grandpa that I put aside as they weren't really my thing. I was shocked that I put some silver quarters in with that stash and ended up with twenty silver quarters I had completely forgotten that I had, with two of those being Standing Liberty quarters! Always good finding money you didn't know you had!

That's better than putting on a coat for the first time in the fall and finding a wad of cash in the pocket! Nice score!

Very cool thing to have happen. It is always good to have a unexpected windfall. Now if I can figure out where I mis[placed my 1999-s proof pa quarter I pulled out of circulation. DOH!

It is a good thing you found them! Can you imaging dumping them off at a coin dealer for bottom dollar, not realizing you had those quarters in there?
