I was taking a look at Coin Values and it looks like all the CC Trade dollars can be had in VG for under $500 each. I'd want to buy them slabbed since there are so many fakes out there. However, I'm having trouble finding them in this kind of condition slabbed. Anyone have thoughts on this type of set?

I think it would be a very neat collection to put together, and challenging. Based on casual observation, it seems far easier to find Trade dollars in high grades than in VG. If you are open to slabbed "Genuine" coins (perhaps cleaned or chop-marked), it should be a bit easier. Regardless, I imagine it will take quite a while to find them all in the grade you want, but that can make the task more satisfying. (If it were easy, everyone would do it.)
