2009-P-1-DR-007 MS-66

I got this off ebay for a few bucks. its NGC graded MS-66. valued at 15.00.
(no infomation about the DDR)


coppercoins says its also. CONECA: DDR-001 I will have to get pictures later but they are exactly like the ones shown here.

Does NGC not mark varieties or someone know of a reason it was not marked. Should I contract NGC about this?

Also at MS-66 how much value does it add to this coin.
