I just received this 1801 Large Cent today. Can anyone assist with identifying the variety? I can upload more detailed pics if needed.

I asked Santa for a copy of Penny Whimsy so I can start reading and learning.

Any assistance will be appreciated!

Cipster- Using Noyes Book as reference, it's S-224.

Obv - Both 1's blunt, left foot of Y defective.
Rev - Wide spacing between 1 and first 0 in denomination. Left foot of T in cent long.

She's got good character and nice detail overall.
Sweet coin!

Hope to post my latest Large Cents purchases tomorrow and could use some input. Hope this helped.

Nice work Rayman 311. Nice coin cipster. Little planchet roughness but overall, nice eye appeal!
I have a Classic to post when I get home tonight ;)

Thanks Rayman311 - I was using some online resources and was thinking the same variety but was not sure.
