I love hunting through the copper cent bullion bags, with Lincoln Cents from 1959-1982.I get em off ebay, search them, ..it's a nice concentration of years to hunt for errors and varieties...this tilted partial collar was found today...it's a fairly nice specimen...off to keep on hunting...

Definitely a partial collar strike error, but not very valuable - I would say the $10 mark is the highest I would expect to see it at - probably lower.
