It's amazing how the few coins Pierre had keep changing hands. Where are some of the others ?

What concerns me is ...those collectors who dont know what went on with Pierre and his coins may think that these 2006P Non Magnetics are abundant as several have been available over the last 3 months.

Well I did mention these were the best ones from the roll if he takes it, it will leave me sadly with only one. But I think this 06P non mag will do nothing but increase in value, well thats what the gambler in me is telling me

Ok, that makes sense! I bought the first one off Pierre for $1200 and three others sold to Lary. One for $2500 another for $2550 and the last one had a undisclosed price! Its all coming together now!

Do you have a theory? I am curious about all theories about this one.

You would think at these prices someone else would try to cash in. How about the one's that never made it to ICCS. There has to be some of those out there.

I think the reason why we dont see people trying to cash in on these is simply because of their rarity! There is only 73 known so if someone like myself or Smallcentguy tried to sell ours, then the odds of us obtaining another at a better price would be very slim. So as collectors we remain content holding the rare coin which we have.
Ask yourself this question Smallcentguy and swrbxxx...What would it take to get you to sell your Non Magnetic ?
My answer is simple...either a easy upgrade to a MS 67 or a Huge amount of cash when my bank account is low. I cant find a MS 67 at the moment and I dont really need the cash at the moment so I guess I am going nowhere with my coin.

MS-67 would be a figment of the imagination for a circulation coin, even if ICCS say's they did one that would be stretching reality a tad.

My three theories on this coin are 1) ICCS made a mistake on their population report, the jump in numbers makes no sense, as the same ones end up for sale on ebay and other than that this coin is never found at coin shows, auctions 2) Someone found a roll of these, and is sitting on 50 graded ones. 3) BACK DOOR MINT JOB how can there be 73 graded and all are in MS condition, non graded from circulation hmmmm makes me thinnk I don't need the $$$ but if the price is right, $2000ish I would let go of the 64 There is a part of me though with this feeling that this coin may be rarer than we all think and that makes me see I nice chunk of change 10-25 years from now, or something I can pass down when I have children
