If you're looking for "shiny" coins, they better be choice Unc or better. If they're over 80 years old (or even newer), chances are it has been dipped. Hopefully, someone cleaned/dipped it very carefully. Also, you want to be sure there aren't a myriad of hairlines all over the surfaces of the coin. This type of choice material is very tough to find and has prices to match. If you blindly buy the "shine" you'll regret it when you sell.
Thank you. I knew that already. The question wasn't about whether I had the money to buy such a thing but how I like the look of the coin but if it makes you feel better to tell me because it makes you feel superior then be my guest.
