These can be bought by the box full here in this condition so it is nothing special. But maybe some will think these have a particular aesthetic appeal.

Is that a nazi salute they are giving? Or are they trying to steal that thing in the middle? Hmm! Seems a bit of a weird design.

Sure, the coin depicts a bunch of nazis doing some kind of salute that is not even remotely close to the nazi salute. ;) As far as I know, the piece commemorates the 1975 constitutional reform, hence the motto about public power emanating from the people.
