I was buying silver back in around year 2000. I got bored with it thinking I would be stuck with a lot of sterling silver bowls, silverware, and plates. I sold it all. Then along come 2010-11 and I could have made some nice money if I had only just stacked up all that silver I got for 6-7 bucks an ounce if memory serves. I got pretty good at guesstimating the melt value of silver on sale at auctions. Nobody wanted it unless it was really unique Gorman with detail. A 40 OZ. silver bowl you could get for just about melt plus buyer's premium. I thought I could buy it at auction and sell it for a profit. At the time I was very wrong. People who bought silver offered me less than what I paid for it. One silver smith was very happy to engrave a big plain silver plate I had but would not off ten bucks for it. Times change.

Of course you mean the bullion version, which APMEX says that they expect to begin shipping on November 28th. The UNC version has not had a date set yet, only that it will be in December. Decent looking coin, not great, but decent.

I'm surprised the date for the P version isn't out yet. I still have to get harpers Ferry. I wasn't that crazy about that coin since Harpers Ferry is such a quaint little town but I will get one just so I have it

Not real crazy about the Moultrie design but that's not stopped me from buying the pucks before.

I just have this odd compulsion to complete the series, sleeper or not... (but I do hope they're ALL sleepers)

Yes I am the same. I do buy more of the ones I like more for gifts for family. I do get 1 of the the ones I'm not so crazy about. I also loved it when the mint offered the 10percent offf a couple yrs ago.

Probably maxed at around 20k and might be the highest mintage for this year. HF and Cumb Gap are still on sale and around 18k with plenty left.

...also remember the Shawnee fiasco...countdown to sellout only to have another bunch magically show up on sale
