I think this coin looks pretty good but I'm still terrible with higher grades. advice on what keeps this coin from the top or what make it the grade it is.

Like I said before, proofs are nearly impossible to grade from pictures....but I'll guess.

Is it because every hairline matters?

I noticed this coin and the 89 that I have has a lot of die polish lines on them does that hurt the grade.

Oh and by the way I got my vegicare today. Thanks cant wait to try it out.
