I have a beer can, which might be described as mis-labelled.
It has a beer logo over the top of a soda label. Anyone know if this sort of thing is common, or if this might be worth something?

I'm just curious what "emu lager" tastes like...wondering if it is anything like Moose Whiz beer. Either way I'm betting that they HAD to cut it with soda to make it palatable.

On a more serious note I have never seen such a thing but would bet that if you googled the brewery name (which is not visible in the pictures) you might have some luck locating similar cans for sale. Or maybe try ebay.

Long ago I had a beer bottle collection I developed by buying 6 packs and keeping one for the collection. I had over 50 different bottles when I went on vacation for a week. When I returned most were empty and my room mate had a smirky smile.

You got that right, Aiglet, I visited the Swan Brewery a few years ago and you get to sample the beers at the end of the tour. Hic!

Tried that already and no luck.

Actually it's not a bad drop.

That's a bummer!
I have a few other cans as well and they are all unopened.
I collected them in much the same way as you did. This can is still sealed, but has rusted out at the seam and weeped dry.

Oh well, I keep going with Google and see if I can find a collector maybe.

This is the only beer bottle I've been able to collect. I did have two, but my genius younger brother (the evil scientist) thinking it was Champagne, opened one while I was over in the desert.

Only empty ones. Just kidding. When I was a kid back in the 70's beer can collecting was huge. I remember being able to take cans to school in large paper sacks and we would trade with our friends. We couldn't take the cans inside naturally, but we could trade before and after school. Imagine that now. These days someone would call the National Guard.
