I couldn't not buy this even though I know next to nothing about these coins. The pawn shop owner is putting stuff aside for me now. Please take a stab at the grade. Edited by Metalman 01/04/2007 03:04 am

I was thinking more like AU?(Looks very clean, and good detail in the feathers and the wreath) May I ask what he was asking for it? Maybe I should pook my nose in Pawn Shops lol.

I agree with Rick its at least an AU50 and maybe a 55 coin, it is Beautiful. It looks close to the one I have in my Dansco and I'm pretty sure mine is a AU coin . Here is a picture of mine and these two coins could be brothers

Its in a pcgs au58 holder. In hand it looks pretty close to the pictures. I gave below au50 price for it.
Thanks for looking!
Bryan- from what I've seen your coin is MS62 all day.

Looking at how much detail remains it's an AU (a guess: AU53). I would get it graded by PCGS or NGC just see if my guess matches how they grade it.
