LMC Error No Date

I cant remember what this kind of error is called. Paid 4.50 for it on ebay. did know what you all though of it.
I know its zinc. No idea on the date though.

Also I dont know how or if they can even grade these coins.

The only thing I can think of is that its a 1999 since Lincoln has a full beard. to bad you cant see the AM or the FG to know if its a WAM. if it is 1999.

This error is called an offcenter strike.

yankee is right; it's an off center cent. $4.50 is about the average price for one. The years 1998, 1999, and 2000 are pretty common with this type of error and more than likely it is one of these dates.

And they are gradable, but you wouldn't want to pay the fee for this one. It would be more expensive than the value of the coin.
