I fun little question I propose to all you Canadian coin collectors What modern day coins 1985 - Present Do you think people will be looking to get their hands on 20 years from now.
Me personally some favorites are
1991 Quarter - 459,000 2000P Dime - Mintage unknown 2006P Penny - 233,000 2006P Penny non-magnetic - Mintage unknown, hopefully something happens and we find out that the mintage is only 230. That would be nice

2000p caribou quarter, 2000 p community, 2000 p creativity, 2000 map mule all 25 cent coins, 2010 10 cent mule, wheel chair mule, I'll have to look and see if I can find more but these are off the top of my head.

I'm a Quarter-fiend, so I think that the: 2007 Olympic Wheelchair Mule is a total winner ... plus, I really like the 1992 die-rotation Mules (NB, NWT, Sask) ... and the 2000 die-rotation Mules (Pride, Harmony) MULE-ON!

Ooops sorry => and for some strange reason I kinda think that the "2005 Liberation of Netherlands" silver proof quarter is kinda cool (only 4,000 minted) ... Oh, and because I'm a Vancouver Canucks fan, I like to think/dream that 2007 Painted Quarter will actually be worth something someday!? => only "1526" minted/painted ... NOTE => yah, yah => I am a 100% believer in Victorian and Edwardian quarters, so I realize that these modern-day coins are not even close to being in the same league, "but" => they are still pretty cool, right?

Maybe the 2011 Magnetic cent is rare especially in the west. Out of 2500 pennies I only pulled out one. I live in Vancouver of the Western Canada. They must be sticking in the east, but the real mintage is unknown.

You forgot the 2006 No P No Logo Magnetic Penny. It is rarer than the 2006-P magnetic, but more common than the 2006-P non-magnetic.

The 2007 Logo- Non Magnetic penny has a low price. It is not at any dealers or coin shows around here, I've never seen one.

Apparently the 2000-P cent does not exist. I heard it was mis-attributed by one of the TPG.

What about the 1999P? Rare?

I have a 1999P "quarter" => it's rare enough => but really only worth $25 coin, or so ... ... I think the 1999P "one cent" is in roughly the same ball-park?

Yeah, you can still get the 5 coin 1999P set easy enough for around $80.

1991 quarter is not that hard to find in stores.

Most 1980's circulation strike nickel coinage is very hard to find at MS65 or better, and generally sells at auction in excess of Trends.

Personally, I believe the 1985 1 cent pointed 5 is a pretty hard find. I've found 1 out of 175000 pennies! But also the 2006P non-magnetic. wheel-chair mule is a definite yes! and I haven't found any 1990 bare belly nickels yet.
