I believe this one is the Normal 1862 Penny date and NOT the Halfpenny smaller date, going by the size within the exergue. The Smaller dates would not fill the exergue as much, more noticable at the 1 and 2 as they are filling the space top and bottom, as far as I know the Scarce one has the normal exergue with Halfpenny size numerals, NOT Halfpenny exergue & numerals.
