I think they do a great job at Canada Post and for that I gave them 9/10.
My experience with USPS is they may even be better than CP and looks like there cheaper.
I have shipped or received over 300 items in the last year and have never had one go missing till 4 weeks ago. I had shipped to the customer 3 different times in a period of one month. He claims he never received any packages from me. Shipping by Canada Post to have one piece of mail not delivered is quite uncommon, but for someone to say they never received 3 would be unbelievable. I know I mailed 3 times to him so I know there has to be some kinda problem at his end. Any thoughts on this?
