Do you think this has a shot for a 70. I don't see any flaws or blemish with a loop.

i noticed a couple lines on the reverse shield if that's on the case not the coin I dont see anything else. (Also not an expert on ASE, or actually an expert on anything. =)

Those lines on the shield are on the holder (or reflection).

Whats that dot on her neck? and between the 5th and 6th sun rays from the left, I see a carbon spot or something

Examined the neck and the sun rays with loop - nothing there. I'll just have to submit this one to NGC - it's too hard to tell from the picture.

I see a few things holding it back from 70. The sun has spots on it, plus 12 o clock on obverse. Plus on the reverse there is some imperfect toning at 10 and 3 o clock near the rim.

It is a AMAZING coin, I would love love love to have it its gorgeous. But to me it looks more 68 or 69

I say check the rim out for minor dings. looks like there is a minor ding right around 9 o'clock on the outside rim between UN on the reverse then maybe at 3 above the Y in liberty on the obv

Thanks to everyone for the comments but I still don't see anything in the areas mentioned above. Things like debris, holder imperfections, shadows and reflections make it an imperfect photo of an apparantly perfect coin.
