Yes I do. Denar was a small silver coin, so golden Denar doesn't exist. Show us the picture.

It's a denar but it's silver, not gold...

this is the closest pic I can get to the coin the coin I have the front of it is exactly like pic shown but the back is different the back has a king holding a spear(or pole) I found out it is not a denar it is a dukat
the closest I could find is in moneymuseum.com in Munztouren it is a Kremnitz but the year on the pic I see is 1563 my coin is 1552

I found a Czechoslovakia dukat as you described, but the year is way off. The first coin in this list

You know silver can tone into a golden hue...
Just my 2c, I'm no expert on anything, much less Hungarian coinage.

This is all too confusing Rebecca, is the picture you downloaded here, the actual photograph of your coin?

Sorry about the last post I accidentally Uploaded the wrong image. Here is the correct image of my particular Hungarian 1552 Ducat Gold coin. I would like to know the rarity or how many are in circulation or value. I have been unable to find anything at all about that particular coin on any website, museum or auctions. I have found one similar that was dated 1555 and 1563. I was only able to find a picture of what the 1552 coin would look like. Any information at all on this coin would be great and is much appreciated. If anyone could tell me the value of this coin that would be amazing thank you all very much for your time and help.
