I believe this is an Anastasius, but I'm not certain of this to be sure. It looks something like SB24 or 25. I've attached a link so you can take a look.

With the lack of bust detail and imcomplete legend it's a bit difficult to be 100% sure. So it could be Anastasius, but it could also be Justin I Sear #'s 68 or 69.

Actually the letters you are seeing on the right are NVSPPA, the last two letters VG are missing and so is the first part of the legend. With these letters the coin is Justin I. If the last few letters were ASIVS PP AVG than the coin would be Anastasius.
