Have you checked coppercoins for markers ? I'd start with 003 or 008

Yeah...none of the markers are present...The doubling does look similar to 003 and 008. Also there might be doubling on the Reverse in particular the Second S in States has what appears to be split seriffs. I will try to get pics of that as well. (on second inspection the reverse was not doubled but a rather perfectly placed peice of debris that made the seriff look split)
