Hi. I got this out of the junk silver box at a coin shop a few months back. Can anyone ID it? Thanks.

I would guess it is a singing contest medal from "Neuenahr" (a town in Germany 15 miles south of Bonn) dating from 1912. Perhaps a 2nd or 3rd place medal? The II means something like World Class I think.

Not sure about the weight but I agree it's a medal of some kind.
