Nice RPM...and yes, it definitely is an RPM.

Grade? The big black blotch kills the coin. MS60RB.

Thanks,Mr.Daughtrey. I actually did notice the blotch until I previewed my post. The black line on the building must have been loose,I can't find it with my loop but the spot on the obverse is grime.

Well, if it's the removable type of grime, then the coin is a decent find - probably around $10 worth!
