The seller is claiming this coin to be MS63 PL but something is just not striking me right about it.I could be wrong.What do you think?

it definately looks polished to me because the devices are shiny like the fields which is a good indicator that its been polished

You can see pretty strong chatter in the obverse field which should have an effect on the reflectivity, which isn't apparent in the photo. What date is the coin? The later the date, the more likely it is to be genuine, but I agree that it's almost definitely polished.

The reverse has an odd look to it. Can't say cleaned and polished for sure, but anything funny or odd looking about any raw coin on ebay is enough to pass.
