Just want to share one of my Constantine I coins (happens to be my best-looking one). Just love the detail and especially the green on this one! Had it for a while so it's not a new acquisition.

That is a nice coin and very detailed. Perhaps VF or XF grade? What's the RIC ID on it and how much did you pay for it?

I have no idea about the grade lol, but I do know is that it's RIC 235 Siscia, and this one was a gift from someone I know.

Nice! Compared to my Constantine, I like the details on your reverse.

I think this coin is actually a Siscia RIC VII 219. The RIC 235 is identified as "dot ASIS dot" while it looks like your coin is "ASIS". Perhaps I just don't see the dots in the image. I can get so confused with these "soldier and standards" reverses.

Anyway, nice coin. Pretty darn good detail especially on the soldiers on the reverse. Take a look at the helmets. Many times you know the figures are soldiers, but the detail is lacking.

Not bad for a gift. Not bad at all. I need someone to gift me a coin or two. I told Santa I want a Caligula Denarius but I don't think he was listening. A lump of coal is most probably what I'll get.

I do believe your right jw. When I attributed it (back when I was still new to attributing) I thought I saw what looked like a dot or star at the end of ASIS. I still don't know what it is, but it isn't a dot or star now that I look at it (it's that little x thing after the end of ASIS). Anyways thanks for the correction jw and thanks to everyone else for their comments.

I can barely see something at the end of the MM, but what I can see appears to be too small to be part of the MM.

I lightened your image a bit. The mark after the ASIS looks like a small Gamma.

I mean, it might possibly be something, like a letter. But it's just too small and vague for me too tell, even in hand. And thanks again guys for your comments!
