Wow, that's a pretty small coin. Not sure what it is though.

I have one small coin like this one. It is a Leo I with a crouching lion reverse. Mine is RIC 674, 1g and 9mm. Your coin has many similarities such as the reverse looks very much the same. Try turning your second image 180 degrees. This looks like the obverse. And turn the first image 90 degrees to the left. This looks like your reverse. Now what do you think?
