I tried out a new Rhino coil I had for my Ace 250 and today I struck gold at 8 inches. I think there may be more of the bracelet down there so I will be off back tomorrow to search for the rest of it. One of the parts I have is stamped 14K and the two bits weigh just over 3 grams. This was an area I have searched a few times in the past with little success most of the stuff I found today was between 6 and 8 inches down. Me likes metal detecting. Now if only my Ace would stop calling Pull tabs Nickels life would be just perfect.... Report this Post to the Staff

Hey dont pick on the detector for calling Pulltabs nickels,, that is how you found the gold !! If you discriminate out Pulltabs you miss the mixed gold !10,12,14,18K as well as the nickel.
