Haven't had reason to look at the dime section of Charlton's in years.Today I noticed the listing for the'56 dot dime is gone.Still listed in trends,it was listed in Charlton's for many years.With collector's wanting to see more varieties listed,why is such a longstanding popular variety gone.

I wasn't aware it was ever in Charlton's. Good question then,why is it gone ?

They lost it while they were looking for high quality plated steel coins. Since there aren't any, they failed to make it back to the 56' 10 cent.
