I found this a while ago and misplaced it and found it last night. I have a couple of retained struck (strike) throughs that are similar to this one.

Part of the strip is missing but there is a portion still intact. The edges of the strip are not raised so it wasn't a cut.

Opinions?

Looks like a thin piece off the edge of the previously struck item. Colour match is perfect.
