I found this Constans AE Centenionalis which I have identified as RIC VIII 118, but I do not think this is correct nor do I know how I came to that conclusion. Any help will be greatly appreciated

First of all, I think it's from Antioch. How does it look in hand?

I see AN gamma in exergue. But it's hard to make out.

I think it's similar to

I can make out the gamma, but nothing before it, You may be correct about it being from Antioch, but there are differences on the reverse, i.e., the tree limbs and the figure being led out of the hut. One thing for sure about my coin and the one you posted, RIC VIII 126, the spear point is pointed downwards. This feature may help in distinguishing between coins.

Yes, I'm aware of the small differences. I couldn't find a match either. Although, if it is Antioch, it might help to attribute.
