The dime looks to be very good to me, but the half dollar is missing lots of detail including writing off the Bell so I suppose it has had some wear over the years.
Both coins are common dates. I'd say your dime is VG (very good) and the half is probably Fine. I think the half actually grades higher than the dime since the rims are strong on both sides. The dime is losing some rim definition on the reverse.
In these grades they are basically bullion pieces, worth about $2 and $10, respectively. The value changes directly with fluctuations in the silver spot price.
