The reverse is 100% Unc. with the Eagle's chest having a soft strike. I guess that'd rule out a worn Greaser, no? Rim on Obv. is flat as you can see but there seems to be too many devices still showing? (Click pic to make it bigger)

Has this coin been polished? It looks thin on right obverse side. The reverse is too strong to be a tappered planchet.

It looks like the obverse perimeter was ground off. I see these kinds of alterations all the time. If this had been a weak strike then we'd see weakness on the reverse perimeter of approximately the same severity. If this had been a weak strike then we'd see persistence of the proto-rim of the unstruck planchet. Instead it looks like the periphery of the obverse face slopes down.

Any weakness on the eagle's breast is likely due to a slightly weak strike, but it's not weak enough to be considered an error. The sloping obverse perimeter is simply post-strike damage.
