1992 Quarter With Center Misaligned...?

wert Rest in Peace 1988 Posts	Posted 12/20/2011 8:27 pm Hi guys Just wondering if this center misalignment is normal for this quarter...? Look at the pictures and particularly the "CS" stamp and then look at how much one ribbon is turned clockwise to the other ribbon. Report this Post to the Staff
