That looks like it. The second star right of the date is also doubled. If your coin has one or no clashes on the neck, it seems to me that it would be harder to find than the double clashed variety. nlp

Not sure if you can tell about clashes in the neck area from this pic. I ordered a usb microscope today so the pics should get better...

Lets try out my new microscope with some better pics
Question is how do I get NGC to change this to a VAM-15 and do I run the risk of them issueing a lower grade?
