You may wish to google 'Admiral Gardiner', which was shipwrecked.
A large quantity of 10 and 20 cash coins for use by the British East Undia Company were recovered from the wreck in exellent condition. It is highly probable that your coin is from that wreck.
I have seen the 10 and 20 cash pair in uncirculated, marketed for as much as $150 the pair, but I don't personally think they are worth that much, because I have seen quite a few of them. Nevertheless, your coin does have significant value, and is well worth keeping. I have a pair of these also; I can't remember how much I paid for them, but it certainly was NOT in the region of $150.
What surprises me is that these coins have survived so well, afer so long in salt water.
