Found this last week and would appreciate a grade. Also,how common is it to find this type of cent here in the USA and in Canada? Is it like finding a wheat back cent? Value? Thanks as always,John1

I would say it's more like finding an IHC, also I would put it at F12 - 15

Agree with F-12, I find them slightly more often than IHC's , but wheats are as common as heck. A member of my family runs a store and got a whole roll of George V 1920's (circulated) this summer.

Interesting fact, Canada is the only country where George V coins legally and still freely circulate. All other countries have demonitized their versions. When I say freely that means cents and five cents, silver has all been plucked out of course.

Thanks all. I'm not good at grading but I thought it was a F-12. I have been through over one million cents and have found about 5 of these, so to me they are rare

I agree F-15, but I find actually a fair bit of wheat cents in canadian pennie boxed
