On kijiji, they have a 1885 VF-20 10ct, OBV #5. with severe corrusion, They said best offer will get the coin. Anyone know what this is worth?

The best I would give for the 1885 is $300 max, the corrosion may distance anybody else from buying it later on if you want to sell it.

The 1948 is worth $350, ask $300 also for it, no more (you can get these on ebay for the same price).

Well, I might pass on these. I dont like the corrussion, and I dont want the 50 cent piece. But tomorrow I'm going to my coin store with some money, trying to pic up a silver dollar in the 40's or maybe just paper money or bullion
